At the inaugural Financial Education Innovation & Impact (FEI&I) Summit, NEFE articulated Access, Quality, and Impact as the key guiding principles for cross-disciplinary and cross-sector collaboration to enhance the field of financial education.
From our perspective as a nationally focused leader in this field, NEFE has gathered insights on key issues and areas of opportunity in research, policy, and practice. To that end, we are pleased to share “Trends in Innovation and Impact: The Year Ahead for Financial Education in 2024.”
This paper focuses on the following themes:
- Increasing access to effective financial education
- Advancing the quality of financial education
- Improving financial education outcomes and impact
- Action steps for the research community, policymakers and government institutions, funders and grantmakers, and fellow leaders in our field
