This financial well-being survey polled U.S. adults about their overall financial well-being at the end of 2025, including financial stress among Americans, major financial stressors, confidence, and expectations for 2026. The questions are based on similar ones NEFE has asked in previous years across changing economic, social, and political landscapes.
