The 2019-2024 Strategic Plan: Impact for Financial Education was NEFE's first formally detailed roadmap to better understand and improve the Personal Finance Ecosystem.
Articulating this strategic framework started with visioning and workshops among staff and board to set, guide and direct our efforts. During this time, we aligned our resources to focus and advance our understanding of the effect that knowledge and behavior influencers have on outcomes, while supporting actionable research and engaging with thought leaders to shape a forward-thinking agenda. Our team continuously created room to adapt as we learned.
NEFE believes that equitable and effective financial education that is accessible to all makes it easier for everyone to navigate their financial lives. By promoting best practices and knowledge sharing, we aim to enhance financial education and address systemic factors affecting financial well-being.
